Wine tasting with 🇸🇪 Caviar of Kalix! 😍🍷

Last night we enjoyed tasting new wines with Kalix löjrom (Vendace roe)!

I love these salty pearls of roe from the north of Sweden, the Baltic Sea. I served it the traditional 🇸🇪 way, on a crispy råraka (rösti made of raw potatoes) with sour cream, red onions and dill! So tasty! 🤤

Thanks to Natia, brand manager @new_chapter_gruener I received 2 new wines to taste. 🙏🍷

New Chapter 2021, New Chapter (Gruene Veltliner) 🇦🇹! Fresh, elegant, complex, full-bodied, mineral, great acidity, apple, grapefruit, white peach, herbs... Great match to the caviar!

MM5 Tokaj Furmint Dry 2021, Ma'd Moser 🇭🇺 ! Fresh, mineral, complex, apple, citrus, tropical fruit, floral notes...Not the best pairing for me! Too sweet and too much acidity! 😉

It's always so interesting to try new wines, and the taste is very personal! New Chapter I will definitely buy again! 🤩
