🍷🇦🇹 Dinner date with @lenz_m_moser (the fifth?), an absolute legend whose grandfather “basically invented Grüner Veltliner” via the Hochkultur vine training system. From the family winery to working with Robert Mondavi and revamping the Chinese wine scene with @changyumoserxv to his new collab aptly named @new_chapter_gruener with @weingut_markus_huber and his “hot shit” vineyards in Traisental. This man has done it all. Here tasting some Grüner Veltliner from 1983, 2012 & 2021. 🫡
